2. Prince Edward Island

Prince Edward Island (PEI) is one of Canada’s Maritime Provinces. This amazing province consists of the main island, and some smaller islands. Jasper is the largest national park in the Rockies. You can go hiking, kayaking, and horseback riding in this area! Skiing is also a very popular activity in Jasper National Park in the winter.

7. Churchill

Churchill is a town in the province of Manitoba, located on the Hudson Bay. This location is famous for the polar bears that live around this area! In the summer, you can also see beluga whales here. Like in Yukon, in Churchill, you are able to see the Northern Lights. This area of Canada can be very cold! So if you ever decide to visit Churchill, dress warmly.

8. Quebec City

The historic Quebec City is located in the province of Quebec. Quebec is a mainly French-speaking province and Quebec City is Canada鈥檚 ! This city is filled with amazing architecture, including part of its downtown, which is Canada’s only remaining walled city. It’s a very walkable city, but you can also take bus, bike and horse drawn-carriage tours to explore. You can also take boat and plane tours to see this beautiful city from a different view!

9. Avalon Peninsula

The Avalon Peninsula is a popular place to see icebergs in Newfoundland and Labrador. You can view the 10,000 year old iceberg from multiple points on the coast. Half of Newfoundland鈥檚 population live in the Avalon Peninsula. There are tourism spots for you to shop and experience the Avalon Peninsula area.

10. Tobermory

Tobermory is a small city in Ontario in the Bruce Peninsula area. It’s a popular tourist destination, known for Flowerpot Island, which has large aquatic rock formations that look like flowerpots! You can take a boat tour to the island and also see the sunken ships just off the coats of Tobermory. There are many great hiking trails around the Tobermory area. This is a great travel destination for an adventurous person.
